What happens
When an overload is detected, the washer drains any water and detergent in it.
What to do
Remove several items and add HE detergent. Close the lid and press START/PAUSE. To rebalance, cancel with Start or disconnect the power cord, run a drain-only cycle if water is present, and rearrange or remove items so the load is level. The Bulky or Heavy Duty cycle may be worth trying. If the cycle can be paused, press Start, open the lid, reduce the load and press Start again.
