When it shows up
The code appears at the end of the wash cycle. It tells you the cold water hose is connected to the hot water inlet and the hot water hose is connected to the cold water inlet.
How to fix it
Turn off the water supply and reverse the hoses. Then run another cycle to confirm the hoses are now correct. The Installation Instructions cover hose questions.
