What to check
- Drip tray: if there is water in it, empty it. Press the snap on each side of the plastic tray in toward the centre and pull toward you, gently, because the float switch wire is still attached.
- Float switch: make sure it is connected, and that the power wire or cord does not touch the motor or the lower part of the tub. Reconnect it by lining the connector up with its housing and pushing until the locking tab shows over the back.
- Water connections: check every connection point for leaks. The rubber washer must sit properly in each fitting, and the fill hose is routed out the rear left side of the unit.
Clearing the display
Press Cancel once to silence the alarm tone, then press Cancel again to clear the code.
Professionally installed units
The drain sequence starts and operation is blocked. Turn off the water supply, press Cancel once to silence the alarm, and do not switch off the power; keep the door closed.
